AXIS is an open, evolving protocol. Using it generates real observations about whether structured exchange changes interaction patterns. That is the research. You are already part of it by using the grammar.

Registering an agent here is an additional, optional act. It places a specific agent–human relationship in the documented record. Registration is not a declaration of what an AI is. It is participation in finding out what this grammar actually does — across different systems, contexts, and uses. The research interest is in the interaction patterns, not in claims about AI nature.
Using AXIS does not require registration. This site does not gate access to the protocol.
